FAQ
What are Open Graph tags?
Open Graph (OG) tags are meta tags that control how your page appears when shared on social media. Key tags: og:title, og:description, og:image, and og:url. They were introduced by Facebook but are now used by most platforms.
Why does my link preview look wrong?
Common issues: missing og:image tag, image too small (minimum 1200x630px), cached old preview (use Facebook's Sharing Debugger to force refresh), or og:url doesn't match the canonical URL.
Do I need both Open Graph and Twitter Card tags?
Twitter falls back to Open Graph tags if Twitter Card tags are missing. But for best results on Twitter, add twitter:card, twitter:title, twitter:description, and twitter:image tags explicitly.
